Babel 17 starts their adventures in college years in 1983, but their first album is released only in 1990 through Lively Art, "Celeano Fragments" is a UFO of french scene, at first it's fascinating by its variety and its messy look-like. Starting with "Watch" fine mix of touching-pop and EBM, "Celeano Fragments" moves into excellent tracks of icy cold-wave and reknowable by its double leading sing, one inspired by batcave style of Sex Gang Children. The album hit is "Angels of T.V" starting after a short instrumental a sinister cold-wave of extreme coldness. Entirely remastered and with six bonus tracks it's the time to renew with B17!
